Fosfatasar

Fosfatasar are a broad group of enzymes that catalyze the hydrolysis of phosphate esters. This reaction releases a molecule of inorganic phosphate and a molecule of the corresponding alcohol or phenol. Fosfatasar are ubiquitous in nature, found in all living organisms, and play crucial roles in a wide range of biological processes.
