Foglald
Foglald is a small rural community situated within the Altmarkkreis Salzwedel district of the German state of Saxony-Anhalt. The village lies approximately three kilometres southeast of the district centre, Salzwedel, on the western edge of the Saale River floodplain, at an elevation of about 85 metres above sea level. The surrounding lowland is characterised by mixed agricultural land and patches of forest, and the area is traversed by minor streams that feed into the Saale.
