Fogaskerékközvetítés, also known as gear transmission, is a mechanical system used to transmit rotational motion and torque between two or more rotating shafts. It is a fundamental component in many machines, from simple clocks to complex industrial machinery and vehicles. A basic gear transmission consists of at least two gears.
