Flödesberäkning

Flödesberäkning, often translated as flow calculation or flow computation, refers to the process of determining the volume or mass of a fluid that passes through a given point or within a defined system over a specific period. This is a fundamental concept in various scientific and engineering disciplines, including fluid mechanics, chemical engineering, and environmental science.

The primary goal of flödesberäkning is to quantify the rate at which a substance, typically a liquid or gas, is moving. This can be expressed as volumetric flow rate (volume per unit time, e.g., liters per second) or mass flow rate (mass per unit time, e.g., kilograms per hour).
