Flughafensturm
The Flughafensturm, also known as the Airport Tower, is an observation and restaurant tower located at Frankfurt International Airport in the city of Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The tower was originally built in 1969 as part of the airport’s expansion program and served as a navigation aid for aircraft as well as a control tower for ground operations. The structure is a reinforced concrete and steel skeleton rising to a height of 50 metres (164 feet), with the viewing platform situated at the 30‑metre level.
