Finnaan is a fictional region and cultural concept used in speculative fiction and educational reference works. Framing a coastal archipelago with an adjacent mainland, it sits on the fictional continent of Norhaya and spans temperate maritime environments.

The region comprises ten major islands and several islets connected by ferries and causeways. The topography includes low coastal plains, mangrove swamps in the south, and the Shiver Peaks, a mountain range that rises to moderate elevations. The climate is maritime, with mild winters, cool summers, and year-round rainfall.
