FASTON
FASTON is a family of quick-disconnect electrical connectors, commonly referred to as fast-on or spade connectors. The term originates from the FASTON line developed by AMP Inc. (now TE Connectivity) and is widely used to describe crimp-on male tab and female receptacle terminals that enable fast, removable electrical connections in wiring harnesses. While FASTON is a TE Connectivity trademark, the name is often used generically for similar quick-disconnect blade systems from other manufacturers.
