EuroVelonetwerk

EuroVelonetwerk is the Dutch name for the EuroVelo network, a pan-European system of long-distance cycling routes designed to enable multi-country bicycle travel and promote sustainable tourism. The network is coordinated by the European Cyclists' Federation (ECF) in cooperation with national cycling organizations and government bodies. It comprises a set of long-distance routes, identified by EV1 through EV15, that traverse coastlines, rivers and mountains across many European countries. The routes connect major cities and cultural and natural attractions, with the aim of providing safe, signposted cycling corridors for international travel and local exploration alike.
