Eupodocnemis is a genus of extinct mammals that lived during the Eocene epoch. These animals are known from fossil remains found in North America. Eupodocnemis belongs to the order Condylarthra, a group of early ungulates, or hoofed mammals, that are considered ancestral to modern perissodactyls (odd-toed ungulates) and artiodactyls (even-toed ungulates). The exact phylogenetic placement of Eupodocnemis within Condylarthra is still debated among paleontologists.

The fossils attributed to Eupodocnemis indicate that these animals were relatively small to medium-sized mammals. They possessed adaptations for terrestrial locomotion, likely with plantigrade or semi-plantigrade feet.
