Etäisyyspyörät

Etäisyyspyörät, often translated as "distance wheels" or "measuring wheels," are tools used to measure distances over a surface. They typically consist of a wheel attached to a handle, with a mechanical or digital counter that records the number of rotations. As the wheel is rolled along the ground, the counter accumulates the distance covered.

These devices are particularly useful for measuring long or irregular distances where a tape measure might be impractical. Applications include surveying, construction, roadwork, landscaping, and even sports event planning. They are often preferred for their ease of use and ability to cover ground quickly.
