Examples of “employersabout” signals include statements like “competitive compensation,” “commitment to employee development,” “flexible work arrangements,” or “investing in upskilling.”

Understanding employersabout helps explain applicant perceptions, candidate flow, and labor market signaling, complementing data on actual pay and benefits.
