Emain Macha, also written Eamhain Mhacha in Irish, is the legendary capital of the Ulaid in the Ulster Cycle of Irish mythology. It is traditionally described as the seat of Ulster’s kings and the home of the Red Branch, the elite warrior-assembly of Ulster.
