Elektronigaasin

Elektronigaasin is a term used in some contexts, particularly in theoretical physics and materials science, to describe a system where electrons behave as if they were a fluid. This concept arises when electrons in a material are densely packed and their interactions are significant enough that they can no longer be treated as individual, independent particles. Instead, their collective behavior and mutual repulsion lead to emergent properties that resemble those of a classical gas or liquid.

In a true gas, particles move freely and interact primarily through collisions. In an electron gas, the electrons are still confined within a material, but their strong electrostatic repulsion and quantum mechanical effects like the Pauli exclusion principle dictate their behavior.
