Elektronenbehandlungen, also known as electron beam therapy, is a type of radiation therapy used in medicine. It specifically employs a beam of high-energy electrons to treat superficial tumors. Unlike X-ray therapy which penetrates deeper into the body, electron beams deposit most of their energy within a relatively shallow depth.
