Elektrokardiogramu
Elektrokardiogramu, commonly abbreviated as ECG or EKG, is a non-invasive diagnostic test that records the electrical activity of the heart. This activity is generated by the depolarization and repolarization of cardiac muscle cells, which cause electrical impulses that spread throughout the heart. The ECG machine detects these electrical signals through electrodes placed on the skin of the chest, arms, and legs.
The recording produced by an ECG is a graphical representation of the heart's electrical events over time.
Healthcare professionals use ECGs to diagnose a wide range of cardiac conditions. These include arrhythmias (irregular
