Effretikon
Effretikon is a municipality in the district of Pfäffikon in the canton of Zurich in Switzerland. It is located in the Glatt Valley, northeast of Zurich. The municipality was formed in 1924 through the merger of the former municipalities of Effretikon, Barmelweid, and Illnau.
