Eagan
Eagan is a city in Dakota County, Minnesota, United States. It is a southern suburb of the Twin Cities, located about 12 miles southeast of downtown Saint Paul and about 17 miles south of downtown Minneapolis. It is part of the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area. As of the 2020 census, Eagan had a population of approximately 68,000 residents. The city borders several other communities and is near major commercial corridors and attractions such as the Mall of America.
