EUresidentuur refers to the right of citizens of European Union member states to live and work in another EU member state. This right is a fundamental pillar of the European Union, stemming from the principle of freedom of movement for persons. EU residents can reside in another member state for more than three months, provided they meet certain conditions. These conditions typically include being employed, self-employed, a student with sufficient resources and health insurance, or a family member of an EU citizen who is legally resident.
Upon arrival in a new EU country, an EU resident may need to register their stay with
