EUIPOssa

EUIPOssa is a proposed framework intended to improve interoperability of intellectual property data across the European Union by linking the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) with national IP registries and other data sources. The project envisions a shared data model, common classification standards, and interoperable application programming interfaces to support more efficient trademark, design, and other IP searches and filings.

The stated goals are to reduce duplication, speed up cross-border filings, and enhance enforcement by providing a consistent, machine-readable view of IP records. The framework would rely on open standards, data quality controls, and privacy-by-design principles to comply with EU data protection rules.
