ENstandard, or European standard, refers to standards developed within the European Standardization System. They are produced by the European standardization organizations CEN (European Committee for Standardization), CENELEC (European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization), and ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute). EN standards cover a wide range of areas including construction, manufacturing, safety, environmental management, healthcare, information technology, and telecommunications, and are intended to ensure interoperability, quality, and safe market operation across Europe.
