Drakken

Drakken is a fictional character appearing in the animated television series Kim Possible. He is the primary antagonist for much of the series, a brilliant but comically incompetent supervillain. Drakken's ultimate goal is world domination, though his schemes are often thwarted by the teenage crime-fighting duo Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable. His signature look includes blue skin and a bald head, a result of an experimental gene-splicing process he underwent in his youth to gain superpowers.

Dr. Drakken, whose real name is Drew Theodore P. Seamus, often works alone but occasionally collaborates with other villains or his equally ambitious henchwoman, Shego.
