Dobbeltvægget

Dobbeltvægget is a Danish term that translates to "double-walled" in English. It describes a construction or design featuring two distinct layers or walls separated by a space. This construction method is employed across various fields to enhance properties such as insulation, structural integrity, or containment.

In the context of construction, double-walled structures can refer to walls in buildings that have an inner and an outer layer with an air gap or insulating material in between. This design is particularly effective for thermal insulation, reducing heat transfer and thus improving energy efficiency in homes and other buildings.
