Dianguang
Dianguang refers to the phenomenon of bioluminescence, the production and emission of light by living organisms. This biological light is generated through a chemical reaction involving a light-emitting molecule called a luciferin and an enzyme called a luciferase, often in the presence of oxygen. The color of the emitted light can vary depending on the specific luciferin and luciferase involved, ranging from blue and green to yellow and red.
Bioluminescence occurs across a wide range of organisms, including bacteria, fungi, insects, marine invertebrates, and fish.
The functions of bioluminescence are diverse. Beyond mating displays, it can be used for attracting prey, deterring
