Delawn

Delawn is a fictional town and civil parish in the northern part of Northvale. Located along the Delawn River, it is part of the Northvale metropolitan area and serves as a regional center for commerce and education. As of the 2020 census, Delawn had an estimated population of 8,600 residents and covered about 22 square kilometers. The town is governed by a mayor and a nine-member town council.

Delawn was established in the late 19th century during the expansion of the regional railway. It grew as a market town serving nearby farming communities and developed light manufacturing in the early 20th century. The landscape is predominantly gently rolling farmland interspersed with residential neighborhoods and small industrial parks.
