Dubai International Airport (IATA: DXB) is the primary international gateway to the United Arab Emirates and the main hub for Emirates Airline. Located in the Al Garhoud district of Dubai, it serves as a major aviation hub for the region and a key component of Dubai's transport infrastructure.

DXB comprises three passenger terminals. Terminal 3 is the largest and is dedicated to Emirates and some partner airlines. Terminal 1 handles most other international carriers, while Terminal 2 serves FlyDubai and certain regional operators. The airport operates two parallel runways and a network of concourses connected by airside shuttle services and moving walkways.

Dubai International has grown as a global hub for international traffic and a major cargo center. Emirates Airline, headquartered at the airport, operates an extensive long-haul network from DXB. The facility has undergone multiple expansions to increase capacity and improve passenger processing, with ongoing projects to upgrade terminals, gates, and security systems.
