DNAsnda

DNAsnda is a hypothetical computational framework for analyzing DNA sequence data through a hybrid symbolic-neural automaton approach. The name combines DNA with SNDA, an acronym for Stochastic Neural Dynamic Automaton, a proposed engine that blends probabilistic reasoning with state-driven pattern recognition.

Concept and scope: DNAsnda is intended as a conceptual model to explore how symbolic representations of genomic features can be integrated with neural computation to produce compact sequence encodings and interpretable analyses. In the model, a sequence encoder translates nucleotide strings into a sequence of states; a stochastic dynamic automaton performs transitions among states according to learned probabilities and motif rules; an annotation layer maps active states to functional labels such as motifs, repeats, or regulatory elements.
