DCTVI

DCTVI, or Discrete Cosine Transform Video Interpolation, is a technique used in video processing to generate intermediate frames between existing frames in a video sequence. This process is often referred to as frame interpolation or frame synthesis. DCTVI leverages the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT), a mathematical technique commonly used in signal processing and image compression, to analyze and manipulate the video frames.

The DCT transforms spatial domain data into frequency domain data, making it easier to identify and manipulate the different frequency components of the video frames.
