Curiehos

Curiehos is a city-state comprising the main island of Nyra and several surrounding islets in the Meridion archipelago. It is a maritime hub with a population of about 2.4 million and a constitutional government featuring an elected president and a unicameral council.

Founded as a trading outpost in the 14th century, Curiehos developed into an autonomous entity in the early 19th century and achieved formal independence after a peaceful referendum in 1838. The 20th century brought rapid industrialization and a pivot toward education and science, culminating in a diversified, knowledge-based economy.
