Csepel
Csepel is a district (*kerület*) in Budapest, Hungary, located on the southern bank of the Danube River. It is one of the 23 districts of the capital city and covers an area of approximately 16.5 square kilometers. The name "Csepel" originates from the island of Csepel (*Csepel-sziget*), which lies just south of the district and is part of the Danube’s archipelago.
