Conjugaie

Conjugaie is a term used in several languages to denote the act of conjugation, the process of forming and linking elements often by joining or pairing. The term derives from the Latin coniungere, “to join together.” In linguistics, conjugaie commonly refers to the conjugation of verbs, while in biology it often refers to bacterial conjugation, a form of horizontal gene transfer.
