Chaharsu

Chaharsu is a traditional Persian dish originating from Iran, particularly associated with the city of Shiraz. The name "chaharsu" translates to "four seasons" in Persian, reflecting the dish's layered structure that resembles the changing seasons. It is a type of stuffed vegetable dish, typically made with eggplant, zucchini, potato, and tomato, though regional variations may include other ingredients.
