Cathel

Cathel is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by writer Gail Simone and artist Nicola Scott. Cathel first appeared in Wonder Woman vol. 3 #28 in 2008.

Cathel is a member of the Bana Mighdall, an ancient tribe of Amazon warriors who originally hailed from the city of Themyscira, the same homeland as Wonder Woman. The Bana Mighdall separated from the main Amazonian population centuries ago due to differing philosophies and a desire for a more martial existence. They established their own hidden city in the mountains of Morocco.
