Campylobacterrelated
Campylobacterrelated refers to illnesses and conditions caused by infection with bacteria from the Campylobacter genus. These bacteria are a common cause of diarrheal illness in humans worldwide. The most frequent species responsible for human infections are Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli.
Transmission typically occurs through the consumption of undercooked poultry, raw or unpasteurized milk, or contaminated water.
These complications can include irritable bowel syndrome, reactive arthritis, and a rare but serious neurological disorder
