CRRC Corporation Limited, commonly known as CRRC, is a Chinese state-owned multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and services rolling stock and related railway equipment. It is headquartered in Beijing and was established in 2014 through the merger of the former state-owned enterprises China CNR Corporation Limited and CSR Corporation Limited, consolidating most of China’s rail vehicle production under a single company. It is listed on the Shanghai and Hong Kong stock exchanges and is largely controlled by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the Chinese government.
