CNCO

CNCO is a five-member Latin American boy band formed in 2015 on the reality competition La Banda, which aired in the United States on Univision. The group consists of Erick Brian Colón, Christopher Vélez, Joel Pimentel, Zabdiel De Jesús, and Richard Camacho. After the show, they signed with Sony Music Latin and began releasing music in Spanish.

The band achieved international recognition with the single Reggaetón Lento (Bailemos), released in 2016, which helped propel them onto Latin charts and led to a remix with the British girl group Little Mix. Their debut studio album, Primera Cita, also released in 2016, established their presence in Latin pop and reggaeton, featuring a mix of uptempo tracks and ballads that appealed to a broad audience.

In 2018 CNCO released a self-titled album, CNCO, continuing their international footprint and expanding their collaborations. Over the following years, they released additional singles and toured extensively across the Americas and Europe, contributing to the visibility of Latin pop and the boy band format in contemporary music.

Musically, CNCO blends reggaeton, Latin pop, and dance influences, primarily performing in Spanish while occasionally appealing to bilingual audiences. The group has earned nominations and awards from Latin music organizations and maintained a dedicated international fanbase, marking them as one of the most prominent Latin boy bands of the late 2010s.
