CCEP originated in 2016 as Coca-Cola European Partners, formed by the merger of Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) and Coca-Cola Iberian Partners (CCIP). This created the largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in Europe, serving numerous countries across Western and Southern Europe. In 2021, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners merged with Coca-Cola Amatil, expanding its footprint to Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and other markets in the Asia-Pacific region, and adopting the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners name to reflect the broader geographic scope.
