BtubB
BtubB refers to a protein that is a member of the Beta-tubulin family. Beta-tubulins, along with Alpha-tubulins, are the fundamental building blocks of microtubules. Microtubules are dynamic, hollow cylindrical structures that are essential components of the cytoskeleton in eukaryotic cells. They play critical roles in a wide range of cellular processes, including maintaining cell shape, intracellular transport of organelles and vesicles, cell division (forming the spindle apparatus), and cell motility.
The specific BtubB protein is one of several isoforms of Beta-tubulin found in various organisms. Different
