Bolygókerekek

Bolygókerekek, also known as planetary gears, are a type of gear system that mimics the orbital pattern of celestial bodies. In a bolygókerek system, one or more smaller gears, called planet gears, rotate around a central gear, known as the sun gear. The planet gears are typically mounted on a carrier, which also rotates.

The primary function of a bolygókerek system is to transmit torque and rotational motion while allowing for significant speed reduction or torque increase. The gear ratio is determined by the number of teeth on the sun gear, planet gears, and the ring gear (if present), which encircles the planet gears. By varying the number of teeth and how the components are connected, a wide range of gear ratios can be achieved.
