Bistroer

Etymology and usage: It is formed by adding the agent suffix -er to "bistro," which itself comes from the French bistrot, a term for a small, casual restaurant. Because "bistro" has become a generic label for casual dining, "bistroer" is often treated as informal, humorous, or speculative rather than as a formal job title.
