Biorhythmusphasen
Biorhythmusphasen refers to the cyclical patterns claimed to influence human behavior and abilities. The theory, popularized in the 20th century, posits that three primary cycles – physical, emotional, and intellectual – begin at birth and oscillate in sine waves throughout a person's life. The physical cycle is said to last 23 days, the emotional cycle 28 days, and the intellectual cycle 33 days. Each cycle has a positive (high) phase, a negative (low) phase, and a critical phase which occurs when the cycle crosses the zero line.
Proponents of biorhythms suggest that by charting these phases, individuals can predict periods of high performance,
However, it is important to note that the scientific community largely regards biorhythmusphasen as a pseudoscience.
