Bevegelsesuskarphet

Bevegelsesuskarphet, also known as motion blur, is a visual artifact that occurs when an image is captured or displayed while the subject is in motion, or when the camera itself is moving during the exposure. This results in a blurring effect along the direction of the movement. Bevegelsesuskarphet can happen in both photography and videography.

In photography, the duration of the camera's shutter being open, known as the exposure time, plays a crucial role. A longer exposure time increases the likelihood and intensity of motion blur. Photographers can intentionally use long exposures to create artistic effects, such as smoothing out water or conveying a sense of speed.
