Betonbodenplatte, often translated as concrete floor slab, is a fundamental structural element in building construction. It serves as the foundation for a building or as a floor within a multi-story structure. Typically, a betonbodenplatte is a flat, horizontal slab of reinforced concrete cast in place. Its primary functions are to distribute the loads from the building's structure and its occupants evenly onto the underlying soil or foundation, and to provide a stable and level surface.
