Beslutsgivare

Beslutsgivare is a Swedish term used to denote the person or entity that has been authorized to issue a binding decision in a specific matter. The decision may concern permissions, benefits, sanctions, or other legally significant outcomes. The decision-maker can be an individual, such as an official or manager, or a collective body, such as a ministry, council, board, or agency, depending on who the law or delegation assigns authority to decide in the matter.
