Beschaffungsaktivitäten

Beschaffungsakt is a term used in German-language procurement contexts to denote a specific action within the broader Beschaffungsprozess, the process by which an organization obtains goods or services. The term is not uniformly standardized across industries, but it commonly refers to discrete steps or decisions that initiate, govern, or complete a purchasing transaction.

A Beschaffungsakt typically encompasses several stages. Bedarfsermittlung (identifying and specifying the need), Markterkundung oder Marktrecherche (market analysis), Lieferantenauswahl (supplier selection), and ggf. Vergabeverfahren or Vertragsschluss (procurement procedure or contract formation) lead to eine Bestellung (order). The subsequent delivery, Abnahme (acceptance), Rechnungsprüfung, and Zahlung complete the execution of the act. In public procurement, documentation and traceability of each Beschaffungsakt are required to ensure transparency and compliance with applicable laws.
