Beetaleht

Beetaleht is a term of Estonian origin that translates to "beet leaf" or "beet greens" in English. It refers to the edible leaves of the beetroot plant (Beta vulgaris), which are distinct from the root itself. Beet leaves are a nutritious and versatile vegetable, consumed in various cuisines worldwide.

The leaves are typically dark green and can have vibrant red or purple veins depending on the variety of beetroot.
