Basgödsel

Basgödsel, also known as solid or dry manure, is a type of organic fertilizer produced by drying and composting animal waste. It is often used in agriculture to improve soil fertility and structure. The production process typically involves collecting and mixing animal waste, such as cow or pig manure, with other materials like hay or straw. The mixture is then aerobically treated to promote decomposition and reduce pathogens and odor.

The high carbon-to-nitrogen ratio of basgödsel makes it a more efficient fertilizer compared to ammonium-based products, which can result in ammonia volatilization and loss of nutrients.
