Barbaz

Barbaz is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Created by writer Marv Wolfman and artist George Pérez, Barbaz first appeared in New Teen Titans #13 in 1982. He is primarily known as an antagonist to the superhero team, the Teen Titans.

Barbaz is a member of the alien race known as the Tamaraneans, the same species as Starfire, a prominent member of the Teen Titans. While Starfire possesses noble intentions and a strong sense of justice, Barbaz typically embodies a more ruthless and self-serving aspect of Tamaranean culture.
