BCAAT
BCAAT is a term that refers to Branched-Chain Amino Acids. These are a group of three essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Essential amino acids cannot be produced by the body and must be obtained through diet. BCAAs are unique because, unlike most other amino acids, they are metabolized directly in the muscle rather than in the liver.
