Averiabas
Averiabas is a small genus of tropical evergreen shrubs in the family Rubiaceae, native to parts of Southeast Asia and adjacent islands. The genus includes several species that share opposite leaves, interpetiolar stipules, and tubular flowers, usually arranged in terminal clusters. The name Averiabas was adopted in the early 20th century by botanist Elena Verdas; the etymology is not linked to a widely used language.
