Audiogrammille is a neologism in audiology that refers to a compact, longitudinal representation of hearing thresholds, combining elements of a standard audiogram with a time dimension. The term appears in discussions of data visualization and long-term monitoring rather than as a recognized clinical test.

In typical implementations, an audiogrammille is plotted as a two-dimensional visualization in which frequency (for example across the conventional 125 Hz to 8 kHz range) is displayed along one axis and a longitudinal index (such as session number or elapsed time) along the other. Color intensity, shading, or line thickness encodes the decibel hearing level at each data point, producing a dense map of auditory sensitivity over time.

The purpose of the audiogrammille is to enable rapid assessment of how an individual's hearing changes across sessions or to compare patterns across a population. It can help identify stable thresholds, progressive loss, fluctuations, or responses to interventions in a single view, reducing the need to inspect multiple separate audiograms.
